All sale items purchased are final sale and can not be returned, or exchanged.
All requests to return any merchandise must be made in writing within 72 hours of receipt of goods, and an RA # must be obtained. To request a return, pleaes complete the form below, include your invoice number, customer name, email address, the style number of the item, and a description why you would like to return. You will receive na email response with instruction on processing your return in 3-5 business days. We do not offer refunds. Returns on full priced merchandise will be in the form of a website credit for annieturbin.com. This website credit will not have an expiration date, and can be used at any time towards any purchase for any items on the annieturbin.com
All returned products must be unused (not worn, washed, damaged, ticketed or altered) and returned in the same packaging that it was received in. If you do not have the original packaging or the item is altered in any way, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for the returned merchandise.
Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and we may handle or dispose of these products as we see fit (e.g., donate).
Damaged or Defective Items
To request a credit or replacement for an item, all claims must be made within 5 days of receipt.
For items that are shipped damaged, please complete the form below with your invoice number or customer number, customer name, email address & the style number(s) of the item(s) . Choose Arrived Damaged as the Reason for Return . Please also include a photo(s) of the damage with a brief description. You will receive an email response within 3-5 business days with instructions on our process of handling damaged items.
